Deanship Studios

The Deanship of E-Learning and Information Technology provides 24 studios for recording live and recorded lectures. These studios are equipped with the latest technologies and equipment to record lectures in all their activities and make them available to students, who can access and replay them at the highest possible quality. Each studio is equipped with a range of advanced international systems and high-precision equipment for preparing, recording, and broadcasting lectures to students.

Holographic Imaging (Hologram)

The Deanship of E-Learning and Information Technology provides holographic imaging (Hologram) services to beneficiaries. This tech is one of the modern technologies adopted by KFU within its educational services ecosystem, with the aim of enhancing the educational and training process and presenting distinctive scientific experiments and interactive simulation elements that engage learners. It also provides a high level of interaction through advanced live-broadcast studios and rooms equipped to receive holographic imaging (Hologram), enabling the virtual presence of experts and specialists in the field of education and training, both locally and internationally.

3D Virtual Labs

The Deanship of E-Learning and Information Technology has employed Virtual Labs technology to support laboratory experiments in physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, as well as medical and engineering disciplines. This aims to provide learners with additional experimental experiences and enable them to conduct practical experiments, collect data, prepare reports, and increase their engagement and scientific interest through experimentation, trial and error, and the pursuit of scientific facts using virtual reality and simulation technologies within a virtual environment that replicates real-world settings.

Augmented Reality

The Deanship of E-Learning and Information Technology uses Augmented Reality technology as one of the levels of developing electronic courses and digital content. It provides a high degree of interactivity, immersion in the content, and engagement with it through the use of mobile phone and smart devices, in order to deliver diverse educational content through this technology.
